Suite #1:  Rented to: Four County Labour Market Planning Board

 Mission: Working with our community partners, we will pro-actively advocate and pursue local development of good jobs and a trained workforce.

Suite #1 is at the back of the building with direct access from the highly visible side door on the north side of the building.  The five room suite encompasses over 1000 square feet of highly organized and serviced space, one large reception area and four individual offices as well as storage space.  Individual offices are spacious (between 200 and 290 square feet) with large windows and good natural light.  


Suite #2: Rented

    Suite #2 is immediately to the right of the main entry door on Jackson Street South.  It is a rectangular space (310 square feet) with windows facing east and north providing lots of natural light.  High ceilings, refinished wood trim and old hardwood floors add to the charming effect.  

 


Suite #3 / Reception Room:  

    Suite #3 is immediately to the left of the main entry door on Jackson Street South.  It is somewhat larger then Suite #2 at 570 square feet but has the same high ceiling, hardwood flooring, and tall lace-curtained windows,  facing east and south providing lots of natural light.  High ceilings, refinished wood trim and old hardwood floors add to the wonderful Victorian charm.


The Johnstone Room - 1B- Rented

    The Johnstone  Room has been subdivided to provide two smaller one-person offices each at approximately 100 square feet and a reception area serving both.  The reception area houses a kitchen counter with sink, a stove and fridge along one wall.  The smaller offices may be rented individually or the area may be leased as a suite.


Suite #4: Available to Rent

     Upstairs on the north-east corner of the building is a large open area which can easily accommodate six or seven work spaces.  Floor to ceiling windows (with shutters), and hardwood floors lend this space a comfortable elegance.   Suite 4...... this  would make a beautiful art or dance studio space. The size of the room is 400 ft. square.

Suite #5  (The Board Room)

    Three hundred and forty-five square feet in area, this space has traditionally been used as a meeting room and currently houses a large old table suitable for committee work and meetings. Available seating between 10 & 15 people.
